Further to the FTSE notice released on 16 September 2025 and subject to the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the stock offer for Ocean Wilsons (UK, constituent) by Hansa Investment Company (UK, non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Ocean Wilsons (UK, 0655790) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

THG (UK, BMTV739) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 24 September 2025.
