Notification under AIM Rule 17:
The Company was notified on 8 March 2012 of the following purchases by Directors:
Philip Leech, Chief Executive:
On 8 March 2012, 250,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company.
The purchase price was 11.75 pence per share and were purchased by his SIPP.
Jon Austen, Group Finance Director:
On 8 March 2012, 200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company.
The purchase price was 12.25 pence per share and were purchased by his SIPP.
Following these transactions Philip Leech and Jon Austen are deemed to have total beneficial interests of 2,289,447 and 380,000 shares respectively, representing 1.08% and 0.18% respectively of the total issued share capital of the Company.
