Mr. Dyson has over 30 years experience in the property and property relatedindustry, principally in the UK. Mr. Dyson is Chairman for the North Westregion of property advisers, Jones Lang LaSalle, having previously beenExecutive Chairman of Dunlop Haywards Ltd. Mr. Dyson has worked on a number of major projects, predominately in the NorthWest. He was instrumental in putting together Manchester's first major urbanregeneration scheme - the 300,000 sq ft Barbirolli Square office complexadjoining the Bridgewater Concert Hall. Other development schemes he has beeninvolved with include Kings Business Park, Knowsley (300,000 sq ft - offices);Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne (60,000 sq ft - offices); 40 Spring Gardens,Manchester (100,000 sq ft - offices); Middleton Town Centre, Greater Manchester;The Circus, Manchester (100,000 sq ft - hotel/leisure/retail); and Belvedere,Manchester (100,000 sq ft - offices). Furthermore Mr. Dyson is advising on two of the most significant developmentschemes in the North West: Spinningfields - the redevelopment of an entire "CityQuarter" of Manchester comprising some 2.5m sq ft of commercial, residential,retail and open space; and Kingsway Business Park, Rochdale a joint public/private sector employment generating development of mixed use over 270 acresadjoining the M62.
