Tekmar Group (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 10:30am today, all resolutions put before shareholders were duly passed. A summary of votes cast for each resolution relating to the AGM will shortly be made available on the Group's website at: https://investors.tekmar.co.uk/investors/circulars-and-notices/.
The Company further confirms that at the General Meeting held at 11:00am today, and before which the Annual Report and Accounts were laid, all resolutions put before shareholders were duly passed.
