Admission of Shares / Holdings in the Company / Director Holdings
London, 6 May, 2014 - Following the US$1.74 million fundraising announced on 22 April 2014, 175,832,276 new common shares of no par value ("common share") will be admitted to AIM on 6 May 2014. Following Admission, the Company will have 402,035,432 common shares in issue ("Issued Share Capital"). This figure may be used by shareholders in Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Issued Share Capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The company also confirms the following changes in significant shareholdings:

IAEC and AIC are privately owned and unrelated investment holding companies.
The decrease in the percentage holdings of Pennine Capital, Robert Buchan and MAM Funds Plc is due to the increase in the total number of shares in issue. No shares have been sold and the number of shares therefore held by Robert Buchan and Pennine Capital remains the same.
Additionally the company announces that on 2 May 2014, it granted 3,000,000 new warrants to directors. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new common share at a price of 0.275p being the price of the fundraising announced on 22 April 2014, and are exercisable for a period of 3 years from the date of grant.
