TGE Marine AG ("TGE" or the "Company")

BOARD CHANGES

Further to its announcement on 10 March 2009, the Company today announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Roland Fisher, will step down from the Board and resign from the Company effective 1 May 2009.

Mr Fisher will be replaced by Steffen Schober, currently TGE's Head of Finance. Mr Schober, a chartered accountant, joined TGE in November 2007 following a 12 year career at Deloitte, Germany.

"Roland has made an excellent contribution to our business. He was instrumental in executing the demerger of TGE Gas Engineering and in leading the preparations for the Company's listing on the AIM market in 2008. He has brought energy and enthusiasm to the Board and the Directors and I would like to thank him for his efforts on behalf of the Company.

"Weare also very pleased to be welcoming Steffen Schober to the Board of Directors. He has a wealth of experience following many years of success in audit and corporate finance at Deloitte, Germany and we look forward to working with him in the future. "
