This is to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Board decided to reappoint Mr. P. T. Siganporia as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of two years with effect from 1.7.2009. The Board also decided to reappoint Mrs. Sangeeta Talwar as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1.7.2009 for a period of five years.

The current tenure of both Mr. Siganporia and Mrs. Talwar will expire on 30.6.2009. Both the reappointments of Mr. Siganporia and Mrs. Talwar will be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company.
