Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 2 January 2014 that the wife of David Taylor, a Director of the Company, has purchased ordinary shares with a nominal value of one pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

· 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a purchase price of 129.45 pence per Ordinary Share on 19 November 2013; and

· 693 Ordinary Shares at a purchase price of 136 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 November 2013.

Following the above transactions Mr Taylor (including connected persons) has a beneficial interest in a total of 55,913 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
