Thorpe(F.W.) PLC10 November 2005 F W THORPE PLC POSTING OF CIRCULAR Further to the announcement dated 21 October 2005, in which the Company saidthat it was the intention to move the listing of the Company's shares from theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and trading on the London StockExchange's market for listed securities, to the Alternative Investment Market ofthe London Stock Exchange, the Directors confirm that a circular has beendespatched to shareholders. The circular sets out the reasons for the proposedmove and pursuant to the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, gives noticeof an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 2 December 2005 to approve theresolution to cancel the listing of the shares on the Official List. If the resolution is passed, the Directors will then immediately apply to cancelthe listing of the shares on the Official List, which is expected to beeffective on the close of trading on 5 January 2006. Application will alsoimmediately be made to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading onAIM. Trading is expected to commence on 6 January 2006.
