Tetragon Financial Group Limited Dividend information in respect of Q2 2017

LONDON, Aug. 7, 2017 -- On 27 July 2017, the Board of Directors of Tetragon declared a dividend of U.S. $0.1750 (17.50 cents) per share in respect of the second quarter of 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 July 2017. The record date is 1 August 2017. Payment of the dividend will take place on 23 August 2017.

Shareholders may elect to receive dividends in the form of Tetragon shares by making an election up to 11 August 2017. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid in cash on 23 August 2017.

The reference price for shares delivered in lieu of cash is U.S. $12.94, resulting in a conversion ratio of one newly issued share for every 73.94 dividend rights held. The reference price is based on the volume-weighted average of the trading prices of a non-voting share on Euronext Amsterdam N.V. for the five-day trading period (treated as a single period) from 31 July 2017 to 4 August 2017.
