Voting Rights and Capital
During the month of June 2018, 200,000 shares were allotted to Treatt SIP Trustees Limited and 600,000 shares were allotted to the Employee Benefit Trust. These allotments were satisfied via the Company's existing block listing arrangement. Therefore, Treatt's capital consists of 59,470,670 ordinary shares with voting rights. The number of shares held in Treatt SIP Trustees Limited and in the Employee Benefit Trust, under which voting rights are waived, is 1,280,935.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Treatt is 58,189,735.
The above figure (58,189,735) may be used by shareholders as the denominator or the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Treatt under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
