Notification of a Transaction of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
Treatt announces that on 5 June 2015 Douglas Rash, the VP Global Sales of Treatt USA, was awarded 58,301 Restricted Stock Units under the Treatt Plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
The Restricted Stock Units, which are nil cost, are subject to continued employment within the Treatt Group and performance criteria based upon average annual growth in pre-exceptional basic earnings per share over a three year period. The Restricted Stock Units only vest if the performance criteria is satisfied at the date of vesting. Performance above a minimum threshold triggers vesting on a pro rata basis rising incrementally to 100%.
Following this notification Mr Rash holds options over 133,686 Ordinary shares of the Company.
