Notification and Public Disclosure of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company received notification from Daemmon Reeve, Chief Executive Officer, on 2 September 2019 of the exercise of options under the 2016 Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE") and the resultant transfer of 8,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife for nil monetary consideration, details of which are below:

The SAYE is an all employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options are exercisable at the end of a three-year saving plan.
