In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 12 April 2016 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 2,598 Ordinary shares of the Company, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan as below:
