Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 24 May 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 3,021 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.85 per share. The shares represent 0.005% of the issued share capital of the company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 144,332 shares being 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
