Notification of Transactions of Director & PCA
Treatt announces that that the following Director and a PCA (Person Closely Associated with a PDMR), were granted Share Options by the Company on 14 July 2021 under the Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme ("SAYE"), details of which are below.
The SAYE Share Option Scheme is an all-employee scheme operated for UK employees which was approved by shareholders in January 2015. The options granted under the SAYE Share Option Scheme are exercisable at the end of a three-year saving plan.
The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
