Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2.(R), the following Director and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility notified the Company on 7 August 2015 of the exercise of their options under the 2014 Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP"), details of which are below:

The ESPP is an all employee scheme operated for US employees which was approved by shareholders in February 2005. The options are exercisable at the end of a one year saving plan.
