Notification of Transactions of Director
In accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, the Company was notified that on 31 January 2017, Richard Hope sold 3,910 ordinary shares of the Company registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited at a price of 250.0p per share and immediately bought back 3,910 ordinary shares of the Company into an ISA registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited at a price of 251.0p per share.
