Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, today announces that David Shannon has informed the Board of his intention to step down from his role as Chief Executive and as a Director of the Company on 31 December 2025.

The Board has initiated a formal search process to identify and appoint a new Chief Executive. The Board is focused on securing the right long-term leadership for the next phase of the Company's development. We have a strong leadership team who will work with David on a smooth handover in the coming weeks.
