Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Ryan Govender, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his decision to leave the business to become Chief Financial Officer at Johnson Service Group Plc.

Ryan will remain in post until 30 September 2025. The Board has commenced the search for his successor and a further announcement will be made in due course.
