Directorate change

Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Philip O'Connor has informed the Board of his decision to step down as a Non-executive Director on 28 February 2026, when he will have served four years on the Board, three as Senior Independent Director. As Chair of the Audit Committee, he will continue to work with management and the Company's auditors to finalise the Annual Report and Accounts for the year to 30 September 2025.

A search is already under way to identify candidates as new Non-executive Directors.
