Board Change
Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Richard Illek has given notice that he wishes to step down from the Board on 31 December 2021.
Having served as a Non-Executive Director since 1 June 2016, Richard has made a very positive contribution to the Treatt Group during a period of strong growth of the business. Richard observed that he had very much enjoyed working with a Company "so driven to do the right thing in all aspects of business, its people and its future direction" but that, after five successful years the time for retirement has now come.
Tim Jones, Chairman, commented "I would like to express the thanks of the Company and the Board to Richard for the reservoir of knowledge and experience he has contributed to the Treatt Group. We wish Richard and his family well for the future".
