Director's Shareholding
The Company received notificationΒ todayΒ thatΒ Charles WigoderΒ made a gift ofΒ 50,000Β ordinaryΒ sharesΒ of 5p eachΒ to the Wigoder FamilyΒ FoundationΒ onΒ 31 March 2009.
Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest inΒ 13,904,041Β sharesΒ and a non-beneficial interest in 2,200,000 shares,Β representingΒ approximately 20.4 percent and 3.2Β per centΒ respectivelyΒ of theΒ total voting rights inΒ the Company.Β
The total number of shares in which Mr Wigoder retains anΒ interest remains unchanged atΒ 16,104,041Β shares,Β representingΒ approximately 23.6Β per cent of theΒ total voting rights inΒ the Company.Β
