Block Admission Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of 215,682 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (the "New Ordinary Shares") to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The New Ordinary Shares will be allotted and issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following scheme:

215,682 Telecom Plus Incentive Plan ("TPIP")

The New Ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that admission of the New Ordinary Shares will become effective at 8am on 6 July 2026.
