Telecom plus PLC (the "Company")

Appointment of Joint Broker

Telecom plus PLC, (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of utility services (gas, electricity, fixed line telephony, mobile telephony and broadband internet) to both residential and business customers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brewin Dolphin Investment Banking as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Charles Wigoder, Chief Executive of Telecom plus, commented:

Telecom plus PLC will announce its half yearly results for the six months ended 30 September 2009 on Wednesday 25 November 2009. A meeting for analysts will be held at the offices of Smithfield at 9.30am on the day.
