Special Dividend progress
Further to the announcement on 6 September 2024, the Board of Triple Point Energy Transition plc (ticker: TENT) announces that today is the first day that the shares will trade ex-dividend in relation to the special dividend of 25 pence per ordinary share in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Share") declared on 6 September 2024 ("Special Dividend"). The Special Dividend is payable on or around 4 October 2024.
