Ten Wins Contract with American Bank

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, is pleased to announce it has won a multi-year contract with one of America's Premier Private and Business Banks, headquartered in California, to provide concierge services to its high and ultra-high-net-worth clients. 

This is Ten's first contract with the bank and follows a competitive tender in which Ten has replaced the incumbent provider. The first phase of the roll-out has been completed, with the offline concierge service offering having gone live.

Ten will provide members with a premium travel and lifestyle concierge service, including access to unique offers, benefits, and localised events, as well as access to its leading digital platform among other services.

The contract is expected to be a Medium contract1.
