Additional Listing of Shares
A listing application has been made for 2,410,024 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each following the exercise of options pursuant to the Ten Lifestyle Group Plc EMI Option Plan and Non-EMI Option Plan to trading on the Alternative Investment Market segment of the London Stock Exchange. The 2,410,024 new ordinary shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective at 8:00am on 30 November 2017.
Following the allotment and issue of these securities, the Company will have a total of 80,650,049 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in issue. Ten does not currently hold any shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 80,650,049.
