Result of General Meeting
The TEG Group Plc, the AIM-listed cutting edge green technology company, which develops and operates organic composting and energy plants, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held today, the Resolutions relating to the Open Offer, first announced on 6 June 2012, were duly passed without amendment.
Application has been made to AIM for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares and the Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Open Offer. It is expected that Admission will become effective on 25 June 2012 and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 25 June 2012. Following Admission, the Company will have 184,379,795 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
