Following this purchase, Mr Bilborough is interested in262,010 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.60 per cent. of the issuedshare capital of the Company. These shares were purchased on 16 July 2004,authorised for allotment and allotted on 14 October 2004, but were not issued toMr Bilborough until 25 January 2005.
