These shares were issued to subscribers whopurchased shares at a price of 50p per share at the time of its admission totrading on AIM in July 2004. These shares were purchased on 16 July 2004,authorised for allotment and allotted on 14 October 2004, and issued on 25January 2005. Following the admission of the above shares to AIM, the Company has a total of16,385,381 ordinary shares in issue.
