Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market of the following:-

The Company's issued share capital and total voting rights comprises 59,407,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 59,407,500.

The above figure (59,407,500 Ordinary Shares) is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
