Directors' Holdings
Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2014/15 SIPS were awarded on 20 March 2015. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2014/15 tax year is 1,036 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
