Directors' Holdings
Under the terms of the HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan, which is open to all employees, shares for the 2015/16 SIPS were awarded on 22 March 2016. The maximum allocation of shares per person for the 2015/16 tax year is 1,026 shares plus pro rata dividend shares according to individual holdings.
