Telford Homes PLC (the "Company")
Director/PDMR Shareholdings
On 20 July 2018, ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were received by certain PDMRs of the Company under the terms of the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP") as set out below. These Ordinary Shares were received as a result of the reinvestment of the Company's 2018 full year dividend paid in respect of the Ordinary Shares held by these PDMRs through the SIP.
