Directors dealing - pledging of shares

Telford Homes announces that, for the purposes of Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, it was informed yesterday by David Holland that he has received bank confirmation that the 450,000 Telford Shares pledged by him (announced on 19 January 2009), have now been released and are no longer being held as collateral for an overdraft facility. 

The total number of Telford Shares in issue is 38,000,000.
