Director/PDMR Shareholding

Telford Homes announces that it has been informed that on 11 June 2010 Andrew Wiseman, Chief Executive of Telford Homes, transferred for nil consideration 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company to his wife, Judith Wiseman. Judith Wiseman now has a holding of 2,006,258 ordinary shares, representing 4.03% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Following the transfer of shares, Andrew Wiseman's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains 2,309,743 ordinary shares, representing 4.64% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
