Ted Baker PLC02 April 2008 Ted Baker PLC (the "Company") Directors' Dealings The Company was notified on 2 April 2008 by the trustees of the Ted Baker 1998Employee Benefit Trust that shares previously awarded have now vested under theTed Baker Performance Share Plan to two directors, RS Kelvin and LD Page for24,971 and 18,867 shares respectively. The shares vested to RS Kelvin and 9,207of the shares that vested to LD Page have been immediately sold toinstitutional investors on 2 April 2008 at 410 pence per share. As a result of the transactions on 2 April 2008, the holding for RS Kelvinremains unchanged at 16,537,276 shares, representing 39.3% of the Company'sissued Ordinary Share capital with voting rights. The holding for LD Page hasnow increased to 313,497 shares, representing 0.7% of the Company's issuedOrdinary Share capital with voting rights.
