Board Changes - Replacement
Following the announcement on 23 June 2020 of Sharon Baylay's decision not to seek re-election at Ted Baker's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21 July 2020, the Board today announces planned changes to certain of its Board roles. Jon Kempster, Non-Executive Director, will join the Nomination Committee, while Helena Feltham, Non-Executive Director, will assume Board responsibility for Employee Engagement. These changes will take effect following the AGM.
