Total Voting Rights update

Further to the Company's announcements in relation to its recent fundraising, the Company notes that certain investors in the Subscription settled their participation through the WRAP Retail Offer. Consequently, an aggregate 11,012,950 new Ordinary Shares have been subscribed pursuant to the Placing, Subscription and WRAP Retail Offer, rather than 11,312,950 as previously notified. Consequently, the Company's issued share capital comprises 50,786,157 Ordinary Shares.

Application has been made the London Stock Exchange to correct the total number of Ordinary Shares admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to become effective on or around 31 January 2025. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 50,786,157 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
