Director/PDMR Shareholding
TEAM plc (AIM: TEAM), the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces Mark Clubb, Executive Chairman, purchased 5,004 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 63.9 pence per share on 23 June 2022.
Following this purchase Mr Clubb now holds 3,738,750 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 17.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
