The Company provides the following updates to the information disclosed in its Admission Document dated 2 March 2021 (the "Admission Document") pursuant to Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

In addition to the directorships previously disclosed, at the time of publication of the Admission Document, Matthew Moore, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, had been a director of Crombies Financial Services Limited and CPL (Newco 4) Limited within 5 years of publication of the Admission Document.

In addition, Mark Clubb, the Company's Executive Chairman, was appointed as an LLP member of WW Initial Investors LLP on 12 April 2010 and remained a partner until it was dissolved via compulsory strike-off on 21 February 2017.
