Cesky Telecom A.S.27 April 2006 > PRESS RELEASE - 27. 4. 2006> CHANGES TO THE COMPANY'S SUPERVISORY BOARD AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS The Supervisory Board of CESKY TELECOM, a.s., which held a meeting todayfollowing the conclusion of the company's regular general meeting, executedchanges to the positions of its Chairman and First Vice-Chairman. The newChairman of the Supervisory Board is Peter Anthony Erskine and the new FirstVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board is Julio Esteban Linares Lopez. In concurrence with the amendments to the company's statutes, which increasedthe number of positions in the company's Board of Directors from five to a totalof nine, the Supervisory Board elected four new members to CESKY TELECOM's Boardof Directors. These new members are Fernando Astiaso Lain, Martin Bek, JakubChytil and Antonio Botas Banuelos.
