Tricorn Group plc (the 'Group'), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, today held its 11th Annual General Meeting. At the meeting all resolutions were carried.
The Group's Chairman, Nick Paul, commented:
"We are pleased to report that we are now seeing demand levels stabilise after a very challenging start to the current year. The decisive actions taken in the early part of 2009 have positioned the Group well as markets recover.
In accordance with our usual practice, we will comment further on our first half business performance in a pre-close trading update to be issued on 7 October 2009."
