Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:
During the month of March 2013, 70,668 options over Telit ordinary shares were exercised.
Accordingly, the issued share capital of Telit, as at 02 April 2013, comprises 103,514,874 ordinary shares of 1 penny each, each with voting rights (noting that 9,667 of the exercised shares were not issued until April 02, 2012). There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 103,514,874 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Telit under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
