Thomas Cook Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 12 March 2015, awards were made under the Thomas Cook Group plc 2007 Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (each, a "PDMR"):

The shares will vest subject to the achievement of stretching performance targets over a three year period from the date of grant.
45% of the award will be based on the achievement of share price targets, 30% of the award will be based on the achievement of Group EBIT targets and 25% of the award will be based on cash conversion targets.
Further details of the awards will be set out in the Annual Remuneration Report, which will be included in the Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2015.
