Additional Listing
The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 86,664,156 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. These shares will be allotted and issued to warrantholders exercising their rights to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the Company.
It is expected that admission will occur on 13 August 2012.
When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.
