Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 24 January 2017 (the Final Terms) relating to the issue by TP ICAP plc of of £500,000,000 5.250 per cent. Notes due 2024 under the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the Programme).

The Final Terms must be read in conjunction with the prospectus in respect of the Programme dated 18 January 2017 (the Prospectus).
