DIRECTORATE CHANGE
TP ICAP plc ("TP ICAP") announces that David Shalders will step down from the Board of TP ICAP with effect from 30 October 2019. This follows today's announcement by London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG") of his appointment, in November 2019, as Chief Integration Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at LSEG.
David Shalders is Chairman of TP ICAP's Risk Committee and a member of its Remuneration, Audit and Nominations and Governance Committees. TP ICAP will announce a replacement for David in due course but in the meantime Michael Heaney, who has been a Non-executive Director of TP ICAP and member of the Risk Committee since January 2018, will assume the Chairmanship of the Risk Committee on an interim basis with effect from 30 October 2019.
