The Company announces that Louise Murray, independent Non-Executive Director, will stand down as an independent Non-Executive Director of TP ICAP Group plc with effect from 30 June 2023.
Commenting on Louise Murray's departure, Richard Berliand, Chair of TP ICAP Group plc, said:
"The Company would like to thank Louise for her contribution to the Board during her tenure and much appreciates the insights, challenge and advice that she has been able to bring to the debate".
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11(2).
